This page contains a summary of Catawba County's Aerial Photography.
Photos from 1998, 2002, 2005 and 2009 are available for purchase in compisite Mr. Sid format, or by individual tiles(.tif).
See the pricing page for additional information. The photos were all taken in February and March of the given year.
2009 Color Digital Orthophotography. The county joined with a consortium of surrounding counties
to acquire these photos. There are 564 tiles at a resolution of 1:200. You can view them from the Real Estate Maps web
site.
2005 Color Digital Orthophotography. The county joined with a consortium of surrounding counties
to acquire these photos. There are 570 tiles at a resolution of 1:200. You can view them from the Real Estate Maps web
site. They are also available for viewing and download from NC One map.
2002 Black and White Digital Orthophotography. There are 1240 tiles at a resolution of 1:200 or 1:400.

1998 Black and White Digital Orthophotography. There are 1288 tiles at a resolution of 1:200 or 1:400.
The Catawba County Government Center Tax Office has hard copies of 1989-1991 Black and White Orthophotography and 1973 Color photographs. The Tax Office is located on the first floor of the Government Center. Turn right in the lobby and the Tax office is the first door on the right. Help is available from the staff.
